Hello I have an issue with my Audio

When i change the Volume level(up or Down) when something is playing/using the audio everything goes silent. This makes it a problem especially during meetings where i cant adjust volume on the PC on Meeting apps i have to change audio device to fix when playing content  I have to stop and play the content.

NB:

I have checked HP Support and have the latest Driver and have checked Windows Update and i have no pending updates

The issue is only on the onboard audio But i don't have an alternate mic

Hi:

Please see this discussion...

Is this the driver you have installed?

Solved: Elitebook 745 G6 no sound after Windows 11 upgrade - HP Support Community - 8242307

If not, you may want to give it a try.
