i have brought an

HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ae101la (ENERGY STAR),64 bit windows 10 OS. Suddenly the laptop screen goes black & laptop shuts down.what to do?

Hi,

Are you still able to boot the PC? Try doing diagnostics on memory and hard drive. It could be hardware failure. Press F2 at boot and try the quick test and see if any components fail the test.

Control panel > Power Option > Chose power options > shut down Never
