As REO has stated before_no master password known for Elitebook or ProBook.Only HP can help.

mine its not pro or elitebook! it have also a weird problem with wifi! i have installed all drivers (3d guard, quick lunch etc) and still when press the wifi button NOTHING.... all i want its to review the settings at bios that now cant reach!
