Hi

the only way is to (a) replace the BIOS chip on the motherboard, or (b) have the HP generate a personalized unlock file for you. PM me if you're in US and would like me to take care of BIOS replacement. I have done it successfully on 20+ 2560p and 2570p units.

I We have a 8470p and forgot the administrator password we set up for the bios, any help would be greatly appreciated.
