Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

BIOS  administrator password is locked.When typed three times its says  disabled.ID is [i 69114498] .Can yoy please help me with master password.

For that model you will need to contact HP and they should be able to send you a customized SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

Today i visited HP centre but they told me that i have to change motherboard and there was not such software named SMC,bin.If you have this software can you please forward it to my mail    (removed content)    .It would be a great help.
