When will there be a Windows 10 version of the BIOS upgrade (latest version, currently available for Windows 8.1 only, F.62 Rev.A, file name sp71172.exe) for my HP ProBook 6570b?

Actually you can update using the file for Windows 8.1:
- Download the BIOS update sp71172.exe for Windows 8.1.
- Run it, but do not select to update now, but to create an USB stick for update.
- Follow the instructions to create the USB stick. This works on Windows 10.
- Reboot.
- Enter the setup Menu by pressing ESC followed by F10.
- Find the option to update the BIOS from the pen drive and follow the instructions there.

Not sure but BIOS update only work for the O/S it was made for not what you want. So you have to be in Win8.1 for the bios update to work properly. Some BIOS update will check for this and tell you if you have the wrong O/S version and will not update.

BTW, Millions of folks have gone back from Win10 to their prior O/S -- something you don't hear about from MS. by WAWood but ALL to TRUE
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Those that want HD Gaming should plan to invest in a Gaming Laptop to handle those requirements. Eamples GTA V or Crysis 3.
