HP ENVY 15-j012la Notebook PC

The problem started when I turned off my computer in a BIOS update after that when I turn on my computer it only sounds the fan and the screen is black and the key of Bloq mayus blinks and when I put a pendrive and press the windows key and b or v the screen blinks I really need your help thanks...

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

 

Turning off a PC during a BIOS update is a sure-fire way of trashing it.

 

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833

 

If that does not work, you would have to consider sending the laptop to an HP Certified Service Center to pay for having the BIOS flashed.  Here is information on the Centers:  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00372730?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0004
