I HAVE TRIED ALL OLD BLUETOOTH DRIVERS IN WINDOWS 8.1 BUT ALL HAVE COMPATIBILITY ISSUES AND NOT WORKING.IN COMPATIBILITY TROUBLESHOOT I HAVE TRIED ALL WINDOWS VERSION (FROM WINDOWS XP TO WINDOWS 😎 BUT NONE WORKING.
WHERE IN PREVIOUS WINDOWS 8 (64-BIT) EVERYTHING IS FINE AND DRIVERS ARE WORKING.  SO I NEED BLUETOOTH DRIVER FOR MY NOTEBOOK HP 2000 2116TU (WINDOWS 8.1 64-BIT).

I have solved my problem.

I downloaded Qualcomm atheros bluetooth 4.0 +HS driver for windows 8 v1.00 rev A in my windows 8.1 and ran it in compatibility mode windows 8.

Now i went in C:\SwSetup\SP60480\Win8 \

now in this folder i ran Bluetooth_Suite_win8.exe in windows 8 compatibility mode.

after that installation started.

Now my bluetooth is working fine.

hardware id of my bluetooth is USB\VID_0CF3&PID_311D
