Hi, Do you already try a complete recovery using a W10 installation media ?

I do not have the same notebook and the graphic card is not from ATI too, but it's a general way to solve PC issues without using any Tools from HP, and it seems working in my case.

You get the last W10. Moreover I was pleasantly surprised of the duration of the installation (less than 1 hour), and all the drivers seems up to date. The longest was to create the media using my second older notebook.

I needed to do that since my PC was completly down after trying using HP recovery Tools...

To resume what I've done :

Creating a bootable W10 installation media using the Microsoft media cration tool

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Booting from the USB key

Before selecting the disk where W10 have to be installed, I have deleted all the partitions (included the built in recovery part, I'm not sure it was a good idea, but in all the case using this partition didn't work)

Installing W10

Now, I no longer have any HP driver or HP tool on the notebook, and the system seems stable...
