Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

En el administrador de dispositivos veo que no están funcionando los dispositivos periféricos Bluetooth con los siguientes ID de hardware:

 

BTHENUM\{61118058-486c-4bb0-b4b8-ace4dcadec44}_LOCALMFG&0000

 

BTHENUM\{00001800-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&000100c4_PID&13a1

BTHENUM\{00001800-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&0045

 

No se para que sirven, pero buscando el los foros llegué aquí donde veo que con códigos similares les proveen de drivers para solucionarlo.

 

mi sistema operativo es W7 64bits, necesitan algún dato mas?
