I have an HP ENVY 15 x360 PC, model 15-u010dx, product# G6T84UA#ABA. The F5 key has the backlight symbol on it, and the keyboard is clearly designed to be backlit (the symbols on the keys are traslucent). But pressing F5 (or Fn-F5) does nothing. HP support says that my model does not come with a backlit keyboard. If it's not a backlit model, why would it have the backlight symbol on the F5 key? Anybody else out there have this same model, and does yours have a functioning backlight?
