Base System Devices showing as unknown in Device Manager after Windows 10 upgrade

Pavilion dv7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After upgrading to W10, i now have 3 unknown devices. their hardware ID are in order:

 

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2383&SUBSYS_3624103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2383&SUBSYS_3624103C
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2383&CC_088000

For all 3 above, please download the following zip file

 

    ftp://211.75.121.162/CardReader/Windows/JMB38X_WinDrv_R1.00.50_WHQL.zip

 

Unzip it and run setup to install to your computer,
