Base System device

I have to missing Base system devices that I am not sure as to what they are.  I have a probook 6550b win7 x32.  Here are the hard wasre ids.

Download and install the Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver.

im using Pivilion dv6648se, windows 7 - 32bit.
