Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

As a new owner of the latest Spectre x360, I am not yet ready to give up 🙂

Since HP seams to be ignoring the existing post about this subject  - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Add-quot-Battery-Care-Function...

and since HP people don't want to reply to private messages, requesting me to create a public post, here it is:

Does HP plan to include a battery charge limiter in future BIOS updates for the late 2019 Spectre x360? When?

Thank you

New BIOS is out, the function is still not there. I've been trying to chat with HP support and ask them to communicate the issue to whom they think would be most effective for a future BIOS update, and you know what three of them told me: they cannot help because I am from Bosnia!!!

The issue is not region related, but they simply do not care - they just find ways to cut you off.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My first and definitely last HP device.
