spectre x360 13-w063nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery issues in laptop.

I recently bought a spectre x360 kaby lake which claims battery life upto 15 hours.

So i was expecting a minimum battery life of 8-9 hrs.But in real life it is very very poor.It gives battery life of 2.5hrs-3hrs.

I am very much dissapointed

Hello @NayanM,

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums.

I understand that you are not happy with the battery backup you are getting from your computer.

Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Recommend you to make sure all the drivers are updated, mainly BIOS and chipset. Click here for assistance.

Once all the drivers are updated, please run a battery test on the computer.

Check the power options and calibrate the battery.
