Hi All,
I have HP Probook 450 G3, my battery backup time was around 3 to 4 hours. While charging, my charger plug got disconected and then suddenly after few seconds screen went black and power button led, caps lock led and led near charging pin of laptop started blinking and no response from laptop. When I connected charger, laptop working perfectly and battery status showing "0% available (plugged in, not charging)" and hence not charging.
I have tried steps for uninstalling adapter driver from device manager, removing battery and pressing power button for 15 seconds and so on. But still problem is there. I have also used HP Support Assistant to check battery, after battery check up diagnosis, it shows "Primary Battery : Calibrate. The battery is functioning correctly, but it needs to be calibrated. You will experience shorter battery life between charges if the battery is not calibrated." Also, in advanced information Cycle count = 80/300, Terminal Voltage = 16797mV, Status = 260, but Remaining Capacity = 1mAh and Current = 0mA. I have read to calibrate manually but for that we need to charge battery and its not charging.
Looking forward towards community experts in helping me to solve my problem.
Thanks,
Naveed
