Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had purchased this notebook in 2013; changed the battery in august 2016.But since January 2017(when the battery recall program started ), my new battery ;though 100% charged, discharges in 30 min. I validated this new battery manually through the hp battery recall program and they resoponded that my battery is safe and there is no need to recall it. But the same problem exists.Please suggest me what can be done.
