Battery drain when shut-down (HP Spectre x360)

72 hours later and still no battery drain. 

I want to see how far I get before it starts to drain.

sphinx fix worked for me. 19 hours, 0% drain

How I contact to US Hp to get their support to fix my laptop by myself? just about driver and Bios, I need those file and I can solve it.

- limezoft: I have tried to install the SPHINX FIX with the BIOS ver 11, and it didn't work. My USB charging is on, with no USB receiver and I turned off the FAST BOOT. What is your BIOS ver and other settings (your usb charging mode is on or off, your Fast boot is on or off) ?

Usb charging mode is disabled in bios. Also make sure to follow the 3 step process in the SPHINX fix. Let me know how it goes.

- limezoft : I did exactly as the SPHINX FW. PDF tells.

I ran "install_QIO" , my laptop restarted. The next I ran "Flash" and it shut down automatically, I have waited for 1 minutes and opened it, then I ran PDFwFlash_x32 to check it, it was 0x14.

I plugged in it to 100% and shut down it,  then 9h later I opened it, it has 96% battery

One more thing is step 3, I run "install _QIO" as administrator but not in DC mode. I don't know what is DC mode?
