Product: Pavilion 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop (pavilion 17). When ever i try to plugged the charger in the light on top of the whole will turn orange for 3 sencond but then will turn white, after when i turn my laptop on it would blink countinously. Also when i check the battery icon it would say plugged in but not charging. SOME ONE HELP ME FIX MY BATTERY ;-;.

Use this useful document to troubleshoot: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01732674#AbT1

Keep battery charged for at least 30 minutes continuously and check.

It may be also useful to run HP battery test from HP support assistant software after charging for 1 hour.
