Hi,

 

Unfortunately the hashing routine for any codes that start with a 'i' have changed, so at the moment your options are down to Contacting HP support.

 

or

 

You can still remove a power on password by removing the rtc cell, then holding down the power button for 60 seconds before re-inserting the rtc - if you require the Maintenance & Service guide, post back with the full Model No./Product No. of your x360 series.
