Hi,
You can use the below link to generate the BIOS password reset key. Enter the System Halt code or the Serial Number of the unit to generate one.
To generate the code, enter incorrect code on the unit and then use that code to generate the reset code
You can:
1. Use the unlock code you generated to enter the BIOS
2. Disable all passwords that are enabled in the BIOS's security menu.
3. If asked for current password - type the unlock code
4. For new password, just press ENTER key
5. Repeat the same for verify password column.

Hi,
At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - enter this code on the site below.

Hey David, I need your help again. It is an HP All-In One Model No. 20-e010. it has keys on the screen each time you type a password and after the third wrong answer the screen just freezes and have to be reset. Pleas give me a password to get back in this system. I have attached a screen pic, so you can see exactly what I am working with. Thanks in advance
