Hello i too have a black screen when I turn my computer on. I hear fan is working but that’s it. I followed the steps and BIOS update steps and was able to do complete however upon pressing enter to continue, the laptop returns to the same black screen.  What is supposed to happen after the bios update? What to do now?  Many thanks

I've tried the 15 second pressed button on my Hp laptop, it was on and when i insert the battery it went blank again...

if your pc is able to bootup then try installing older version of bios else go for a motherboard change. 

mother board change is best option you've got to do...
