I understand that your computer comes up with an HP logo and goes blank after that, is that right? 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

Have you tried to restore the BIOS?

 

Recommend you to try recovering the BIOS. Follow the steps below. Click here.

Do a hard reset, 

Connect only the adapter.

Turn the computer ON while holding the Win + B key. (hold these 2 keys for more than 10 seconds, let go of the power button alone)

If restoring BIOS does not resolve the issue, please contact our phone support for the service options.
