Hi
I recently installed the free Widows 10. When I went into Apps (the old program button) and clicked HP help and Support (I want to check some drives) a warning popped up saying I needed administrator permission and that this was not a trusted site. The same thing happened with HP Launch Box. I never had this happen before and I am the sole administraor and the only person whos ever used this PC from new. The warning said User Account and had the control panel symbol for this in its top left hand corner. I went to user account in control panel but can't see a problem there.

First of all,try to run it as clicking on "Run as Administrator"
Uninstall both hp support assistant and hp lunch box.these old versions are not working with windows 10.
install new version from :http://www8.hp.com/in/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html#.VfMDwHCqqko
hp lunch box is not available yet for winodws but you can try reinstall with latest version.

don't forget to restart after uninstalling application
