Blue Screen error while starting

HP Recommended

Fat_File_System ....attempts to "fix" keeps rebooting.  Haven't used the computer for months it's just been sitting.  No upgrades nothing.   I tried the cont+f8+f11  - nothing   tried just the f11 at one second intervals.  I'm in a time crunch to complete scholarship applications and my old laptop doesn't have the applications I need.

This is an HP Envy -- purchased in 2015, used very little.  What can I do other than buy another laptop

Tap away F2 key as you power on laptop. Do extensive hard drive and memory test. Let it finish.

If passed, try booting to Recovery USB that you should've created after first setup of this notebook.

What is the full model name, product number of your laptop?

Have you already backed up important data from this laptop?
