I need drivers for my bluetooth device

Try this specific Windows 8.1 driver:

 

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/BLUETOOTH/Atheros/Acer-Aspire-V5-573P-Atheros-Bluetooth-Driver-8013...

 

It is not specifically for an HP but should work
