Hi:

 

The bluetooth driver I posted for you was the correct one for the Atheros BT showing up in your screen shot.

 

Unfortunately, I don't know why the device has the ! mark next to it if you installed that driver.

 

I suggest you uninstall the device in the device manager, restart the PC and see if it gets reinstalled correctly.
