Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi, i have this problem with my laptop that it says not boot device not found please install operating system 3fo. I made a recovery usb flash drive but my laptop wont boot off it what can i do to get an operating system and make my flash drive boot up also the laptop shows my flash drive im the f9 option menu.

You need to test the hard drive and replace it if (most likely) failed. You can boot into the HP Diagnostics menu by tapping F2 at boot and going into the hard drive diagnostic utility.
