HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I turn my computer on. The screen stays blank but then it will pop up "repairing disk errors, this may take up to an hour". Thats as far as it will let me get, i need help. I dont know whats wrong. I would really like to use my laptop

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
