HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi have an almost identical issue to another recent poster:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/Broken-Hinge-caused-screen-to-crack/m...

and

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/HP-Envy-right-hinge-and-screen-broken...

After working on the laptop, I began to close the lid in the usual way. The lower left corner of the lid rested against the bottom of the laptop and the screen cracked. I didn't make much effort - I acted as usual. When opening the laptop, there were no features. There are several posts on this forum about this topic. This indicates a constructive and serial problem of this model. Given the high price of the laptop, I expect your company to repair the laptop even though the warranty has expired.
