The laptop was on the bed and accidentally somebody sat (on the corner) on it by unintentionally. The laptop is really super slim, and with the bed cover color it was fully disguised in there. When i opened the lid the screen was broken. Took that HP laptop to local service center. After 7 days local hp service senddamage part.JPG me a mail that "the reason is neither accidental, nor coming under  the following  criteria of the ADP service". Please anyone give any suggestion  how to get my ADP. Or what to do now?? I would like to hear the view of any HP representative on this forum. I'm loosing hope for hp.
