Product: compaq Presario CQ62
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My CD/DVD (hp CDDVDW TS-L633R SATA CdRom) drive is not working. Windows 7 diagnostics are telling me that my driver is corrupt and to reload. Can someone please tell me where to download this driver from the HP website.

One of them will normally fix the problem.

CD/DVD drivers are provided by Windows. Try uninstalling the drive from Device Manager. Restart the laptop to let Windows reload the driver.

Thank you for the reply, but my windows 7 is on CD, and my cd drive is not being recognised. That is why I am after a link to the HP website so I can download.

 

Any suggestions please

I want DVD Drivers and Cam Drivers for Win7    64bit.
HP  15-r062TU is the device model.

 

Can anyone suggest me the Service pack Link Please.
