Product: Pavilion 13 x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We are working on a friend's 13 x360 laptop that has battery issues. We replaced the battery and are still having issues with time  staying up to date and slow boot up so assume it is the CMOS/RTC battery. The trouble is, we can't find it! We have taken the mobo off and it simply isn't there. I cannot find any videos or manuals that match this specific laptop. All show a very distinct CMOS battery. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Hello the problem is that the model of your computer does not have the cmos battery, why not go, because does not bring of manufactures.

So, you are saying this does not have a CMOS/RTC battery? Wow. That's a first for me! No wonder I stopped buying HP products years ago.
