HP Recommended

Bought HP 15 series Notebook 5 years ago, facing some issues like "CMOS checksum is Invalid" Furthermore, it's serial number and model is gone and shows only Placeholder. Only hp Authorised technician could fix it by using some tools(as per some articles). And last one is "Does CMOS checksum issue create battery drainage problem also"???
