Product: HP Elitebook 9480m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello eveyone,

I have some problem with my laptop hp 9480m. 

At first, I used ram 4g ddr3l for my laptop --> Everything was normal (CPU,Disk,Win10 run normally)

Now, I update ram form 4GB to 8GB by  either add more another ram 4GB or use ram 8GB another. After, power on laptop I feel it slower than At first. Boot win10 complete, I open Task Manager and check CPU,RAM,DISK. I see CPU usually ~ 90 -100% when I do not thing.  I have tried on Win7, Win8, Win10 It's same.

 

Summary: As subjet, If I use ram with memory 4GB then everythings It's OK. And If I use ram with memory greater than or equal to 8GB then it have problems.

 

Could you please hepl me to fix this problem?
