Hello neeru. I understand you're wondering about upgrading your graphics card.
Unfortunately, this would require you to replace the entire motherboard and there may not even be a more powerful card available on a motherboard. It will be costly, time consuming, and you may also need to replace the power supply with a more powerful model. I do not suggest you perform this upgrade.
Have a great day!

Hello,
I have an HP DV3510nr and would like to know if I could upgrade my graphics card. I currently have an NVIDIA GeForce 9300m gs and would like something better. I am going to update my CPU so I figured while I am in there I mine as well upgrade the graphics card. I used GPU-Z and could see that my Nvidia GeForce 9300m gs is an MXM II type card with pci 2.0x16 and is 13watts. Would it be possible for me to upgrade to say for example an NVIDIA GeForce 9600m or 9650m gs card?

I Have an HP 1000-1140TU Notebook with Intel Core-i3 2370M 2.4ghz processor, 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard Disk and Intel HD Graphics 3000. Can I upgrade my graphics card. Please help me. I wanted to play few good games like call of duty, medal of honor, etc. I played Modern Warfare with smooth gameplay and good frame rates never lagged at low-medium settings. I heard that the HP website provides drivers of AMD Radeon HD 7450M gpu for this laptop so can it be upgraded? Thanks 🙂

Hi guys,
I have a HP Envy 17 3D 2000 CTo with AMD Radeon 6850 / Intel. I use ubuntu, but I can't install propietary drivers for this AMD model. Seems to be a problem with it been a CTO laptop. In Windows, I can't update the driver either. I'm stuck with an old version from 2010/2011 and some games don't work correctly. It seems not to be a standrd AMD driver, but a modification from HP. Is there any way of updating the drivers to work correctly with this laptop? Is HP ever going to do something?
Thanks.
