Hi there,

hopefully I can get a solugion for my problem.....

I have some bluetooth headsets that are working without any problems with my smartphone.

But I can try it a million times to get a connnnection between these headsets and my laptop.

As far as I know there is a embedded bluetooth-adapter. If I check the device manager I can see three devices:

- Generic Bluetooth Adapter (hardware id: USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B001&REV_0200)

- Microsoft Bluetooth LE-Enumerator (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHLE)

- Microsoft Bluetooth Auflistung (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHBRB)

There are also 2 devices under "Network Adapter"

- Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHPAN)

- Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) (hardware id: BTH\MS_RFCOMM)

I have already seen that other users have the same problem with other laptops...but they were reporting the same hardware id's. Some links to the correct software/driver were offered, but these links are not valid...

Caan someone tell me the link to the correct driver, please ?

FYI: I'm using Windows10 64 Bit

Thank you very much and have a nice new year !!

Hubert

Hi:

The generic bluetooth adapter needs the applicable bluetooth driver installed, which should then resolve your current dilemma.

The code you posted for that adapter decodes to a Realtek branded BT radio.

I presume your notebook has the Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN adapter?

Here is the link to the W10 Realtek BT driver you need...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

File name: sp72552.exe
