I'm trying to download the Authentec FingerPrint Sensor Driver (32-bit) v8.0.200.42.

When I click the download button I'm presented with a pop-up that indicates I need to enter a user name and password for ftp access.

My HP passport login doesn't work, so what do I need to do to get this file???

Hi,

Try downloading the software from the following link, I were able to download it with no issues:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp47501-48000/sp47728.exe
