Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got message to update my BIOS. Softpaq no 80064 Version F.45Ap1 Downloaded successfully. However, when I was asked to restart the device, it failed to load. Tried again with same result. Any suggestions?

That's what I did - 5 times now!

The message I get is "The BIOS update was prepared successfully" 

I then restart as requested

The message on restart is "System BIOS update failed"

I've checked the system info and it clearly shows the current BIOS version is F43, rather than the F45 that I downloaded from the HP site
