Been sitting here for over an hour and the drivers page is still not showing.

I have seen nothing but the loading and this forever: HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience.

What is the deal. Is the site still broken?
HP what is your current work around for us people who require the drivers!?

Currently redoing my laptop and need access to the drivers but stuck at the loading screen... meaning that my new installation on the laptop will have none of the necessary drivers that is needed!

When will this issue be resolved and what is the temporary work around? Can you send us to a page where we can manually access the drivers instead of the Java loading version?

I actually just read a post about this because I'm having the same issue. The website has been having issues the past week and  HP is looking at it so don't worry, it'll probably be up in a few days. Or not, its HP so we never know.

This is a HUGE hassle.

There appears to be no way to bypass this screen and just get a list of all drivers?

I know what driver I need why cant I just download it myself?

Please HP provide us an alternative way of getting drivers while you fix this problem.

I've been trying for a couple hours now until I found this message board.  Guess I'll stop trying.  Why don't they just have a list of drivers I can choose from?  It doesn't need to be so fancy and figure out exactly what I need.  At least give me that option.

OK So one can download the HP Support Assistant and install drivers from there.

Annoying that I have to install an application to get the drivers I need but better than not getting them at all.

There is a link to the right of this thread for getting the Support Assistant for those who do not know.

I'm not sure if you can get drivers via the Support Solutions Assistant.  I ran the "Update Check".  I'm currently running all of the Windows 8 "out of the box" drivers, and the Support Solutions Assistant did not offer any driver links.

Mean while... HP is compiling your results. This could take up to 3 minutes, depending on your computer and connection speed. Thank you for your patience.  3 minutes?  More like 3 days!
