Hi
I have this very same problem and tried using the link that Paul included in the solution but it says that the link no longer available. I have an HP Photosmart Premium c309.
I have had many occassions where there has been 'no connection' and I've always solved it. On this occassion nothing seems to work. Please help! Do I need to start a new problem request? I'm new here.
Thanks
Lyn

See if installing the latest network driver from Intel fixes the issue.
You want the second one listed (driver only 64 bit).
