HP 255 G5
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

i have a big (and strange) problem with my new HP 255 G5, it is freedos. I have a new Win 7 64bit Pro to install in but after many tries i cannot do it well:

in bios i set legacy mode because i want to install in mbr mode

i start installation, clear all HD, with shift f10 and diskpart i clear all volumes and convert the Hd from gpt to mbr, then i start with so installation but at least when it's finished and it restarts it freeze in the logo screen of win 7 after a very fast blue screen (i cannot read what is written).

In your opinion what is the problem? How i can fix it?

Thanks to all (and sorry for my English).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zXS9sC9jUHY have found this link for you not sure if this is helpful it may help you to why your getting a blue screen. Just watch the video just incase your doing something wrong and make sure you have nothing plugged into usb ports as this can cause an error asw well including an external mouse because this has happened to me in the past.

Please remember to press like button as well for best answers.

Thanks in advance.
