HP Recommended

I recently bought a HP EliteBook Ultra G1i . I was recommended a care package:

U18L6E - HP 3y Active Care NBD Onsite NB HW Support

via the website's chat feature. I tried to register it with the new laptop and an error appeared saying the care pack was not compatible.

 

XSD8K572CZB4: Error: REG024:The supplied Product Number 'XXXX' is not compatible with the supplied Fixed Care Pack.


How is this fixed?
