Apologies - I do not understand your question / concern.
Does the "HowTo" webpage not open for you?
My intention is to help you get closer to a solution. I have not attempted these changes on my keyboard.

Sorry if i couldn't elaborate my question properly. Actually when i press Internet Browser button it opens my default Internet browser i.e. Mozilla Firefox. I want to change it that i should open some other application like calculate or some other application.
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your intention.

Ok... back to the original question. Smiling.
I am sure I cannot help you directly -- I won't do this to the keyboard that has the ability to make this change. Smiling. Just not something I care to try.
I did find a Free resource for you - it sounds as if it is worth considering. The price is certainly right.
