Product: hp notebook 2000

I have a HP 2000 lap top i purchased new in 2013. The battery charger adapter is out put 19.5 v 3.33 a. Can i use a placement that is 18.5 v 3.5 a ?

We need details of the Part Numbers you ask about. Chargers have different tips and the voltage is only one piece of the puzzle.
