Chromebook, bad password message

Hi @SexxyIzzy,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting a bad password error message on your HP Chromebook 14-q010nr.

This issue could occur if you have forgotten the password for Chrome OS.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link to reset your Google Account password: What to do if you forget your sign-in password (Chrome OS)

You may also check the link to set up an internet connection on your HP Chromebook: Setting Up an Internet Connection on Your HP Chromebook

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
