Product: Compaq Presario CQ56

I just purchased this Compaq Presario CQ56 today at a resale shop. After powering on the computer, background is black, and a blue window pops up saying "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password" after three wrong attempts, (resulting in an "Invalid Password" error) it says "System Disabled [ 99525029 ]". 

 

Soooo frustrating....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!! LOL
