Dear community,

I would really appreciate if any one of you can help me find a solution to my problem.

I have a ProBook 450 G3 with port replicator connected.

Every few minutes computer lets out a small beep and both connected screens momentarily turn off and then back on.

Everyhting that was open on a supplementary screen disappears and network connection is broken. Network connection gets reinstated in a few moments, but that is enough to break any downloads/conversations I'm having.

Could you please help me with the issue?

Best regards

Mikhail

Mikhail,

I assume this only happens when you are connected to Port Replicator / dock? Or do you have any similar errors happening while on direct Charger or on batteries?

Sounds like something is wrong with the Replicator or with the Charger / AC/DC supply for it. This sudden cutoff of power doesnt sound like something you should expose your system to. I would bring Replicator and AC adapter in to whoever sold it to me. Maybe try using only one screen just in case its not the replicator but your GPU or something related to PD (if thats what you are using).
