Hey, the computer is unable to see the USB flash disks.

When I go to "Device Manager" I see two "Unknown Devices" under "Other Devices" tab.

One has the location: on PCI Bus and has the following Hardware ID.

ACPI\HPQ6007
*HPQ6007

The other one has Location 0 and has these Hardware IDs.

IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9CB1&REV_0003&SID_2248103C
IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9CB1&REV_0003
IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9CB1

I have already downloaded sp75104.exe but it can not be installed as it says "PCI not found". I have also downloaded and installed sp66211.exe but they did not help.

I am looking forward for your suggestions.

Kİnd regards.

Hi:

You need to install the USB 3 drivers for the problem you are having...

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 Driver for Intel 8 and U/Y Series Products for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78501-79000/sp78834.exe

You need this driver for the ACPI\HPQ6007 device:

Receives notifications from the integrated accelerometer and automatically parks the hard drive to reduce the risk of damage if the PC is accidentally dropped.
