Hello H-MéèZz.  I understand you need a driver for the device you posted.

What model is your notebook? This document can show you where it is located.

This device is appears to normally be handled by the chipset drivers.  So, I will use this information to try and locate them for you.

I hope you have a great day!

I can't seem to find one specifically for use in Windows 8.  However, there are a few things you can try.

First, try running HP Support Assistant.  This will search HP's site and if the driver is there it should find it.  Here is a link to HP Support Assistant.

If that doesn't work you could try installing the Windows 7 chipset drivers in Compatibility Mode.  Many users have had success using Windows 7 drivers within Windows 8.  If you'd like to try this make sure to follow the steps outlined here.

Have a great day!

HP Support Assistant offered some updates for my HP Probook 4530s and so I installed them. One of the updates was for Ericsson Mobile Broadband module (driver v. 7.2.4.1). I hoped it would improve operation of the mobile broadband module but after updating I'm unable to use mobile broadband. As soon as I start HP Connection Manager and try powering mobile broadband module, Connection Manager asks PIN code but almost instantly announces that Windows Device Manager has removed the device. Few seconds later Windows again discovers mobile broadband and asks PIN and then immediately shuts down the module. This goes over and over until I switch the module off.

I tried system restore and downgrading drivers but it didn't work. The module is useless now. Has anyone else discovered similar problems?

Mobile broadband module has been working very poorly in Windows 8.  I've had especially problems finding and connecting to network. Would it finally be possible to get it fixed? Or do I have to downgrade back to Windows 7?

Hello birdamla.  I understand you're having some trouble with your wireless connection.

What version of Windows are you using?

What sort of problem are you having?  Do you receive any errors?

Have a great day.

Greetings!

I have a Pavilion DV6-6b19sv. It worked perfectly under windows 7 Pro I had installed myself a bit later I bought it, using HP Support Assistant to find the appropriate drivers and software.

2 weeks ago, I decided to switch to windows 8. Although HPSA did the trick once more, Bluetooth "operation" was totally missing. I used the corresponding new drivers directly from Intel (BT_3.0.1304_e64) and now I have a disabled (greyed) switch for Bluetooth, while Device Manager shows it as an active device.

Device Manager reports Bluetooth enumerator to be off:

Am I searching for the solution the wrong way? I know I have Bluetooth connection working, because I have used it in W7. From what I can understand, if I don't get it on, Device Manager won't see it and install it.

I have already tried to reinstall all software after uninstall with Microsoft's FixIt tool and I reinstalled SP59835. No luck... Is there any other solution available?

I read about hard reset in another thread (sorry for not actually quote it):

HP Tech support just walked me through fixing this problem.

1. remove battery and unplug power supply

2. press and hold power on button for 30 seconds

3. leave battery out but plug power supply back in

4. press power on button and then tap on the f10 key immediately (a number of times)

5. the bios setup menu appears

6. select reset defaults

7. select save and exit

It worked for me, too. Now, bluetooth switch is enabled.
